Based on your plate size, all the rosin bag sizes below fit your setup. For flower, we recommend using rosin bags 90 micron or above. For dry sift, we recommend using rosin bags 50 micron or below. For bubble, we recommend using rosin bags 37 micron or below. And make sure to always double bag! Read more about it here.

Depending on the strain, you can expect an average yield between 15% to 25% for flower, 30% to 90% for dry sift and 60% to 90% for bubble. Take notes and make adjustments to each press until you achieve the result you want.
