Cannabis enthusiast and student of the art of solventless extraction
The work we do at The Press Club is not only focused on creating innovative and affordable solventless products for all, it’s also deeply ingrained in preserving the history and traditions that have come before us.
There are only a sparse few figures in modern times who made an impact on the art of sieving resin and hashish as the late and great Frenchy Cannoli. His passion for cannabis, knowledge of traditional sieving methods, and willingness to share with an open heart will forever echo within the cannabis community. Madame Cannoli and Frenchy’s apprentice, Belle, along with others who worked with him closely, are committed to carrying on his mission.
We’re honored and humbled to join their efforts through an official collaboration with Frenchy Cannoli and his Lost Art of Hashishin workshops. It’s an opportunity that we don’t take lightly. And now more than ever, we’re energized to provide hash makers with knowledge and high quality sieving bags, at a fair price, to collect the best resin possible. Our goal ever since the start of The Press Club has always been to provide reasonably priced solventless equipment, democratize education and access, and give people the tools to make their own medicine at home.
It’s impossible to match Frenchy’s impact on seiving and hash making, but we will be doing everything in our power to carry on Frenchy Cannoli's legacy.
In close coordination with Madame Cannoli and Belle, we put together a special Frenchy 5-Gallon, 5-Bag Set (220 / 190 / 160 / 90 / 45 Micron). And now, we’ve made this available to all hash makers all around the world.
Last month, we went to the Lost Art of the Hashishin workshop to learn about resin and temple balls through Frenchy's eyes and watch a live washing and temple ball rolling demo by Belle herself using our bags.

We also recently co-sponsored the world premiere of Frenchy Dreams of Hashish in San Francisco. The documentary highlights Frenchy’s life work preserving thousand year old traditions while fighting for farmer’s rights in Northern California. We highly recommend everyone to see it.

It's not lost upon us that we get to do all of this because of the community's support. So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
And thank you to every hashishin who carries on this lost art and contributes to the collective and ever-expanding pool of knowledge. Together we will build upon what Frenchy left us, and perpetuate his memory and legacy forever.
