During Frenchy Cannoli’s birthday month, we honor the life and legacy of renowned hash evangelist and cannabis connoisseur. To say he influenced the art of hash making and the cannabis industry at large would be a massive understatement. 

Born in Nice, France, throughout his life Frenchy gained intimate knowledge of the plant and shared his experiences freely, contributing to hash makers in unique and invaluable ways. He was able to take his insights into trichome science and merge that with the traditional hash making techniques that he learned through extensive travels in historically producing regions. 

Frenchy was a titan in the world of hash making. The art of solventless extraction exists in its current form today thanks to his willingness to share the knowledge of this ancient craft with the masses. 

This is the second year in a row that The Press Club is collaborating with a cause greater than ourselves, to give back to the community in a way that honor’s Frenchy’s legacy. Although Frenchy passed on from this world, his legacy is as strong as ever. At The Press Club, we’re humbled by the opportunity to help keep it alive.
