## Refund & Return Policy

### 1. 14-Day Return Policy
Once the item(s) are received, customers have 14-days after the delivery confirmation date to contact us to receive instructions on how to return unused items for either a refund or credit 

### 2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 14-days of delivery with photo evidence and a description of the issue

### 3. Refund Eligibility
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

### 4. Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be canceled after the 2nd successful billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for processed subscription orders.

### 5. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
