You already know that Terp Warz is going to be one of the most beloved events that brings our community together. This year's competition, the first annual, is landing in Seattle on July 12th, and we couldn't be more stoked to announce that The Press Club is stepping up as a proud sponsor of what's shaping up to be an absolutely legendary gathering.
This event is all about gathering hash makers in the Pacific North West, an area that's not often in the limelight as hash competitions usually highlight the work of solventless artists in major city hubs. While hash makers all go to bigger metro areas to compete, Terp Warz has a vision to showcase the PNW scene.
This is much more exclusively about the PNW community of hash makers, and we're honored to be part of this launch.
For those who live and breathe solventless, Terp Warz isn't just another cannabis event. It's a celebration of everything we stand for: community, culture, and those beautiful, aromatic dabs that make our hearts sing. And honestly, we can't think of a better way to spend a summer day in the Pacific Northwest.
What Is Terp Warz?
Think of Terp Warz as the Olympics of solventless cannabis, but way more fun and with a lot more good vibes. At its core, this event exists to celebrate and elevate solventless cannabis culture in all its forms. We're talking about a competition where artists bring their absolute best work, their cleanest bubble hash, their most luscious rosin, and their most innovative techniques.
The competitive side is serious business, with a proper judging process that'll crown this year's Terp Warz Champ. But here's what makes it special: it's happening in one of Seattle's most unique, artistic venues right in the heart of the city. The setting itself becomes part of the experience, creating an atmosphere where craft meets culture in the most authentic way possible.
Why Terp Warz Matters to Our Community
Look, we've all been to cannabis events that feel corporate or disconnected from what this plant is really about. Terp Warz is the complete opposite. This event brings together the people who matter most in our world. The extractors pushing boundaries in their home labs, the breeders developing the next legendary cultivar, the brands supporting artisans, and the enthusiasts who genuinely appreciate quality over everything else all show up big!
What really gets us excited is how Terp Warz puts the spotlight on what we're all chasing: quality, craft, and authenticity. It's not about who has the flashiest booth or the biggest marketing budget. It's about the terpenes, the technique, and the passion that goes into every single gram of hash or rosin that gets entered.

The knowledge-sharing that happens at these events is incredible. You'll overhear conversations about wash techniques, pressing temperatures, and strain genetics that you won't find anywhere else. It's like a masterclass in solventless extraction, but with way better music and food.
Why The Press Club Had to Be Part of This
Our mission has always been simple: support the extractors who are elevating this craft and give them the tools they need to create magic. When we look at Terp Warz, we see our values reflected back at us. This event is all about community over competition, craft over commercialization, and supporting the artisans who are pushing solventless extraction into new territory.
That's exactly why we chose to sponsor Terp Warz. It's not just an event, it's a movement that aligns perfectly with everything The Press Club stands for. Whether we're designing new pressing plates or creating educational content, we're always asking the same question. How can we help extractors do what they do better?
Supporting events like Terp Warz is just another way we can give back to the community that's given us so much.
What to Expect in Seattle
If you're planning to make the trip to Seattle on July 12th, you're in for a treat. Obviously, you'll get to see (and hopefully taste) some of the most incredible solventless products on the planet. We're talking about the kind of hash and rosin that makes you stop mid-conversation and just appreciate what's happening in your mouth.

But Terp Warz is about so much more than the cannabis. The event showcases local artists, handmade goods, live music, and some seriously good food. It's the kind of atmosphere where you can spend hours just wandering around, meeting new people, and soaking up the creativity that flows through everything.
One thing that really sets Terp Warz apart is the vibe they've cultivated. There's a zero tolerance policy for negativity, and the whole event operates on a simple principle: just be cool and enjoy the terps. In a world that can sometimes feel divided, it's refreshing to be part of something that's purely about bringing people together over a shared love of this plant.
More Than Just a Competition
When we step back and look at what Terp Warz represents, it becomes clear that this is bigger than any single event or competition. This is about celebrating a culture that values craftsmanship, supports independent artisans, and believes that the best things in life come from people who pour their hearts into their work.
If you're anywhere near Seattle on July 12th, we strongly encourage you to come through and be part of this movement. Support the extractors, connect with the community, and help keep this culture thriving.
We'll see you there, and we can't wait to connect with everyone who makes this community so special. Here's to another year of pushing the boundaries of what's possible with ice, water, heat, and pressure.
Just be cool and enjoy the terps!
