The Press Club How To Pack Rosin Bags

Q: WHAT FITS MY ROSIN PRESS?

Take The Press Club Quiz: The Ultimate Rosin Pressing Starter Guide to get personalized recommendations for your setup.

Q: WHAT IS A MICRON?

A micron is a unit of measurement equal to one millionth of a meter. A human hair is approximately 50 microns while trichomes range in size from 15 to 220 micron.

Q: WHAT MICRON IS RECOMMENDED FOR COARSER MATERIAL LIKE FLOWER?

For coarser material, higher microns (i.e. 75, 90, 120, 160 and 220) are recommended.

Q: WHAT MICRONS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR FINE MATERIAL LIKE SIFT / KIEF OR BUBBLE / HASH?

For finer material, lower microns (5, 10, 15, 25, 37 and 50) are recommended. Watch The Press Club x Terpy Highs Bubble Tutorial on YouTube for step-by-step instructions.

Q: ARE THE PRESS CLUB ROSIN BAGS COMPATIBLE WITH ALL PRESSES?

Yes, absolutely! All our filter bags are 100% compatible with all presses.

Q: HOW MUCH MATERIAL IS RECOMMENDED FOR 2" X 4" ROSIN BAGS?

For coarser material, we recommend starting with 3 to 5 grams. For finer material, we recommend starting with 5 to 10 grams. Start with less and work your way up!

Q: WHAT SIZE ROSIN BAG DO I USE FOR MY PRESS?

We recommend using a rosin bag that is at least 0.5" to 1.0" smaller than your plates. For example, if you have 3" x 5" plates, we recommend using our 2" x 4" or 2.5" x 4.5" rosin bags.

Q: WHERE ARE THE PRESS CLUB BAGS MADE & WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF?

We proudly make all our filter bags in the USA with premium, locally-sourced, 100% food-grade nylon.

Q: WHAT MAKES THE PRESS CLUB ROSIN BAGS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BRANDS?

All our rosin bags are hand-sewn with our proprietary pink stitch that we developed after years of R&D. We use 55-single grade nylon, a much finer quality material, for extra durability, allowing for 30% more stretch under pressure vs. competitors. Our nylon also helps reduce soakage to improve yields and has a much higher melting point than conventional nylon.

Q: WHAT IF I GET A BLOWOUT?

Don't worry! All filter bags are covered by The Press Club’s Zero Blowout Guarantee™. Simply email us at hello@thepressclub.co and we’ll take care of you!
